A refundable deposit of £80 would be required for bookings under 100 headphones, deposit varies for amounts over 100. This deposit is to cover any potential losses or damages and isn’t a security deposit for the booking – we don’t require any payment when you book, all we ask is full payment is made – including refundable deposit – at least 7 days before your event takes place.
Deposit is refunded no later than 7 days after the headphones have been returned to us and subject to any losses/damages that may occur. This offer does not include Northern Ireland due to extremely high shipping costs.
Take the hassle out of playlisting..
Take the stress out of sorting your own music playlists by also hiring our Spotify Enabled tablets. You will receive 3 tablets, each with it’s own access to Spotify. We can pre-download any playlists you like to these prior to your event, or you can choose to use one of the many pre-programmed playlists on the devices. You can also add your own songs and playlists if you have access to wifi. This is only an additional £40 to the above prices if you wish to proceed.

We are now in our 16th year of operating Silent Disco events and still loving every minute of it!
We started supplying headphones to events in December 2007, hosting small parties at local bars/clubs within close proximity to our head office in Reading. These events became very successful and we decided to invest in more headphones, taking our inventory up from a few hundred headphones to a couple of thousand!
As time passed and events started to grow in size and get more widespread we began hiring headphones to events throughout the UK from student unions and nightclubs to museums and shopping centres.
We have thousands of three channel wireless headphones available and ready for your silent disco headphone hire needs! We can cater for any kind of event. From smaller private functions, such as birthdays, weddings and staff parties – to larger scale events for nightclubs, student unions or festivals.
Even if you don’t have a typical music venue, the great thing about a silent disco is that it can go ANYWHERE! As long as you have a power source for the transmitter to plug into. So you could party in a church, on the beach, in a castle, in a warehouse. Pretty much anywhere you like!
Our three channel LED premium headphones are very comfortable to wear – and these stylish LED headphones light up in three different colours, depending on which channel your headphone is tuned in to.
All you need for the silent disco to work are three music sources connected to the provided transmitter. Music sources can be from any device that has an audio-output, such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, laptop, CD player, DJ decks etc. You can even setup a Spotify playlist on your device and let that do the DJing for you!
